Criminal Records Access in Ottawa County
Individuals will not find state-level criminal history records at the Ottawa County Courts. The Michigan State Police is the custodian of such records, and searches can be made by name or fingerprints. All Ottawa County criminal cases begin in the 58th District Court, and its records are available to the public. However, felony cases are transferred to the 20th Circuit Court. Ottawa County Family Court Records

Federal Court Records in Ottawa County
